There are still many orphanages in Sri Lanka that house children who lost their families during the war. These orphanages are doing their best with the limited resources they have, but the truth is, life for these children remains incredibly difficult.

These orphanages, while offering shelter, cannot fully provide the comfort and attention that individual families could. The children are missing out on the essential nurturing that helps build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being.
